Analysis of the characteristics of PVC wire wrapping film
PVC wire wrapping film has a wide range of applications. It is small in size and highly viscous, making it easy to wrap wires and pack scattered goods in bulk, replacing small storage boxes. Since it can reduce the cost of bulk cargo transportation and packaging by more than 30%, it is widely used in the bulk packaging of hardware, minerals, chemicals, medicines, foods, machinery and other products; in the field of warehouse storage, foreign countries also use stretch wrapping film pallet packaging for three-dimensional storage and transportation to save space and land.
PVC wire wrapping film is a new packaging material. Its material is ultra-thin, strong, transparent, self-adhesive, and low-temperature resistant. It is an ideal packaging material, especially suitable for packaging chemicals, electronic parts, building materials, rubber, low bricks, tiles, screws, wallpaper, leather, glass fiber, non-woven fabrics, paper rolls, wires, and iron wires. Good viscosity makes the packaging film layers outside the goods stick together to make the goods firm. There are two main ways to obtain viscosity: one is to add PIB or its masterbatch to the polymer; the other is to mix VLDPE. PIB is a translucent viscous liquid. Direct addition requires special equipment or equipment modification. Generally, PIB masterbatch is used. There is a process for PIB to migrate out, which usually takes three days. In addition, it is affected by temperature. It is more viscous when the temperature is high and less viscous when the temperature is low. The viscosity is greatly reduced after stretching. Therefore, the finished film is best stored within a certain temperature range (the recommended storage temperature is 15 ℃ ~ 25 ℃) Mixed with VLDPE The viscosity is slightly poor, but there is no special requirement for the equipment. The viscosity is relatively stable and not controlled by time, but is also affected by temperature. It is relatively sticky when the temperature is above 30°C, and slightly poor when it is below 15°C. The required viscosity can be achieved by adjusting the amount of LLDPE in the adhesive layer.
